    Hi Everyone!
    This video is Part 1 of a 2-Part series. In this video I’ll show you how to make beautiful and delicious sugar cookie cut-outs (roll-outs). I’ll show you little tips along the way that will will have a big impact on your cookies, and help you make sugar cookies that your local bakery would be jealous of 🙂 All my recipes are gluten free, and I use Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flours. Please check your ingredients to make sure that they’re gluten free as well. Baking gluten free can be a little tricky because gluten free doughs don’t behave the same way that “gluten” doughs do. If you follow my recipe exactly, and watch the video as you’re baking (or follow the photo step-by-step on my website), your results should come out just like mine.
    After your gluten free sugar cookies cool, please watch Part 2 of this series. In Part 2 (Royal Icing and Decorating), I show you how to make Royal Icing that will harden to a beautiful finish. Next, I take you step-by-step through how to set up your decorating bags, and finally, I walk you through the decorating process.
