In this video, I will introduce how to make Gluten-free Gyoza pastry. Gyoza is one of the home meals we make here in Japan. However, people buy Gyoza pastry from supermarket since it’s reasonable price. Those gyoza pastries are NOT Gluten-free, so I decided to create this recipe.
